Terms of Service for Ubiqlife.com

Welcome to UBIQlife.com. We provide our services to you, subject to the terms below. If you visit or shop ubiqlife.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Description of Service
    UBIQ offers its services in two ways: UBIQlife.com, and our physical stores. UBIQlife.com provides you with a selection of clothing, media and collectibles.

    All product carried here within UBIQlife.com, and at our physical stores are authorized, and authentic and come direct from our vendors. Expect nothing but the finest selection of the hardest items to find.
  2. Limitation of Liability
    In consideration of your use of these services, you agree to the following:
    1. All information provided to us by you through the website is to be truthful, accurate, current and complete. UBIQ does not sell, rent, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies, except to provide products or services that you have requested.
    2. If you provide UBIQ with untrue, inaccurate information or misrepresented information, UBIQ has reasonable grounds to refuse any and all current and future use of our services.
    3. Your use of the services is solely at your own risk. The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. These services are for individual use only, not for reselling.
  3. Phone Orders
    We gladly accept Phone Orders for any of the products available on our site! Due to contractual agreements, some items may only be available for preview on UBIQlife.com. Phone items are listed for your benefit to let you know what is available in our store, but not available on UBIQlife.com.

    In order to place a Phone Order, please give us a call at 215.988.0194 between the hours of 12NOON and 8PM EST Monday through Saturday, or on Sunday 12NOON - 6PM EST. A total and shipping cost can be given to you before a payment is necessary. Please have your credit card details ready when calling.
  4. Return Policy
    You may return clothing sold through ubiqlife.com. Our process is simple and protects our customers. You MUST contact our customer service at the email below prior to shipping any items back, and then ship the product back to us within 15 days of the invoice date. If there is any sign that the product (and/or ANY product packaging) has been used, worn, washed, or is in un-sellable condition, UBIQ will not credit you for the items; and they will be sent back to the original shipping address at your own cost. All return/exchange shipping costs will be at the responsibility of the customer. You may not return the same item twice.

    ALL other products including magazines, books, dvds, cds, toys, and figurines are non refundable. All sales of these products are FINAL.

    You understand and agree that UBIQ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. UBIQ will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company.
  5. Site Security
    When you shop online at UBIQ, you can be sure that your personal information is encrypted before it is sent through the Internet. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology that uses the most secure and up-to-the-minute encryption available in commercial transactions today. Our process makes it possible for your private information to travel to our server only and it cannot be read by outsiders.
  6. Shipping
    All domestic orders are shipped via UPS within 48 hours of the time you place your order. (Saturday and Sunday orders ship Monday because of UPS not picking up) Please allow 4-7 business days for ground shipments. Shipping charges will vary depending on the weight of your package/distance from UBIQ in Philadelphia. UPS requires a signature for all packages, so please make someone available, otherwise your order may be returned to us. Shipping prices are listed in the checkout process after you add items to your cart and enter your shipping information BEFORE you have to pay/checkout. For order tracking please visit www.ups.com.

    All orders must have their Billing and Shipping Addresses IDENTICAL. Orders placed with differing addresses will NOT be accepted!
