In an effort to maintain a safe and fair policy that gives equal opportunity to purchase special release date merchandise to all of our valued customers we have created a Special Release Merchandise policy. This policy allows customers to register for a chance to purchase this special merchandise.

In-store Raffle Registration Process (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

  • Registration period will start six (6) days prior to release date and will last for three (3) days, ending at 5:00 PM of registration period. Example: For a Saturday release, registration would start on Monday and end on Wednesday.
  • At time of registration, customer must have a valid photo identification.
  • Identification can be any form that has your photo and name on it.
  • One (1) raffle ticket per customer, per style number.
  • Enter your name, phone number and size choice (one size only) on back of ticket.
  • Selected winners will be contacted via the listed phone number.
  • Please keep your half of the ticket, you MUST have it at time of purchase.
  • Winners must show identification (same as used to register) at time of purchase
  • Winning raffle tickets are not transferable.

What is your policy on release shoes for web?

 
Our policy for selling release shoes on the web is the same as our in-store policy. We are only authorized to sell release shoes on their release date, we do not do holds or pre-sales. Everything is sold a first come first served basis.
 

Am I allowed to buy more than one pair?

 
Because of the high demands and limited quality each customer is allowed only one pair per style and per gender for each release.
 

What happens if you order more than one pair of the same style of a release shoe?

 
We will contact you about which size you want to keep and edit your order accordingly.
 

How long does it take for a refund to process?

 
We don't charge until an order ships so if your order was canceled before shipment, then it would be processed as a funds hold being taken off. This may take up to 48 hours or more depending your bank's return processing. Any refunds for returns made after a Return Merchandise Authorization # has been approved and the item has been received by our warehouse, will take up to 7 business days.
